Example of the type of photos we require.Since we ship worldwide, we cannot offer refunds/replacements for minimal damages caused to outer packaging that may occur during transit.
However, if any product has become damaged, or has leaked during transit, please send a picture (within 14 days of receiving your order) of the damaged/leaked product and the outer packaging to customer support via live chat, or email [email protected], and we will send a replacement (for UK orders) or process a refund for the damaged/leaked product (for orders outside the UK) 💚
