Unused order or product returnUpdated 16 days ago

You are welcome to return any new, unopened and unused products for a refund within 14 days of delivery (BioRefill's excluded*). 
Please reach out to customer support via live chat and 
we'll provide you with return details. Please send us a photo of the new, unopened order or items before returning, like this:








▪️ Please use a tracked service in case the order is lost in transit by the courier. 
▪️We recommend returning the product/order in the original packaging to avoid breakages in transit. ▪️Please ensure your name and order number is included inside the parcel (if you have not opened the box, the information will still be inside) so our warehouse team can identify who the return belongs to.
▪️ The customer is responsible for returning the package and the associated costs - we are unable to refund return postage costs. We are also unable to cover the cost of any import taxes.


Once our warehouse checks in the returned order, the refund will be issued ✅. This can take up to 30 days from when the order is received.

We are unable to accept any returns on our BioRefills. Due to the biodegradable nature of our refill pouches, they need to be decanted into glass jars/bottles within 5 days of receiving them 🌿
