Unused order or product returnUpdated 24 days ago

You’re welcome to return any new, unopened, and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, (BioRefill's excluded*). 

Please reach out to customer support via live chat and
we'll provide you with return address.
Before posting your return, please send us a photo of either:
  • The unopened parcel (example below)
  •  Or, if the box has been opened, the unopened products inside (example below)







Return Guidelines:
▪️ Use a tracked service to protect against lost parcels. (If a non-tracked service is used and the order is lost in transit, WildMint cannot accept responsibility and no refund will be provided).
▪️ Return items in original packaging to avoid damage
▪️ Include your name and order number inside the parcel (if you have not opened the box, the information will still be inside)
▪️ We can’t accept returns on opened, used products or BioRefills
 ▪️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs


We’ll issue a refund within 30 days once your return is received and checked.

We are unable to accept any returns on our BioRefills. Due to the biodegradable nature of our refill pouches, they need to be decanted into glass jars/bottles within 5 days of receiving them 🌿
