Our packing team works hard to pack every order correctly, but sometimes mistakes happen, sorry for any inconvenience caused 😞. We will make sure this is rectified for you!

Please reach out to customer support via live chat within 14 days of receiving your order and send us a picture of the products you have received, along with the picking list found in your order.


If you no longer have the picking list, a picture of the products you have received is fine too. Once we have this picture, we can send you the missing or correct product 💚

If you have ordered a mix of refills and glass bottled products, they will be sent in separate deliveries.
