EU orders

• No import taxes for EU deliveries. We cover any import fees within the EU.
• If you’re asked to pay a tax or fee, contact our support team and we’ll help resolve it.

Non EU international orders

• For non EU countries, including non EU European destinations, import taxes and customs duties may apply.
• These fees are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Any order outside the UK

• Any order leaving the UK may be subject to:
  • Customs clearance or inspection
  • Processing or declaration charges
• These charges are determined by customs in the destination country and are outside of WildMint’s control.

Customs documentation

• Customs may request additional documents, such as:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Proof of ID
• Providing these documents is the customer’s responsibility and helps avoid delays or returns.

Refused or returned deliveries

• If an order is refused due to unpaid import fees or other custom fees:
  • A refund will be issued minus the shipping fee
  • A restocking fee of 30% of the order value will be deducted
