No import taxes for EU orders! We cover any import fees for deliveries within the EU 😊. If you’re asked to pay taxes, just reach out to customer support, and we’ll help out.

For other international orders (including non-EU European countries), taxes and customs duties may apply, the customer is responsible for paying these fees 💵 .

Any order leaving the UK (whether to the EU or non-EU countries) may be subject to processing, inspection or declaration fees, which are determined by customs in the destination country. These charges are beyond WildMint's control. The responsibility for paying these charges rests with the customer. 

If the delivery is refused due to import tax or any fee imposed by customs, or the fees are not paid on time and the order is returned to us, a refund will be given minus the shipping fee and a re-stocking fee, equivalent to 30% of the order value.
