For other international orders (including non-EU European countries), taxes and customs duties may apply, the customer is responsible for paying these fees 💵

Any order leaving the UK (whether to the EU or non-EU countries) may be subject to custom clearance, processing, inspection or declaration charges. These charges are determined by customs in the destination country and are beyond WildMint's control. The responsibility for paying these charges rests with the customer.

Any orders leaving the UK may be subject to extra custom clearance procedures, which may require the customer to submit certain documentation to customs, such as proof of purchase and proof of ID.

If the delivery is refused due to import tax or any fee imposed by customs, or the fees are not paid on time and the order is returned to us, a refund will be given minus the shipping fee and a re-stocking fee, equivalent to 30% of the order value.
