How do I return a product?Updated 21 days ago

Return eligibility

  • You can return new, unopened, and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • BioRefills cannot be returned due to their biodegradable packaging.
  • If you’ve used the products, please refer to our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Starting a return

  • Contact our support team via live chat (select the Returns option).
  • Please send a photo of either:
    • The unopened parcel
    • Or, if the box has been opened, the unopened products inside

Return guidelines

  • Use a tracked service to protect against lost parcels. Refunds cannot be issued for orders lost via non-tracked services.
  • Return items in their original packaging to prevent damage.
  • Include your name and order number inside the parcel. If unopened, you may write these on the outside of the box.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the return tracked service tracking number and courier have been provided. If a tracked service is not used, the refund will be issued if/when the order arrives in our warehouse.

Return exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or used products, or on BioRefills.
