If your Citrus Splash pump is faulty, the clear tube that goes into the white head of the pump needs to be pulled up away from the top of the head and that should fix it. You can use a small clean towel to make it easier to grip the clear tube. 

If another pump is faulty, please contact customer support via live chat with your order number and we will send you a replacement ASAP.

If a pump has broken during transit, please send us a picture of the broken pump and we will send you a replacement ASAP 💚
