Address changes after the order has been processed
- Once an order is completed and processed, we can’t update the delivery address.
- This also applies to subscription orders.
When changes may be possible
- If you contact us via live chat or email during UK business hours 8:30 to 4:30, Monday to Friday and your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help.
- Orders containing BioRefills cannot have the address changed, even if they are not yet processed.
If we can’t update the address
- You can contact the courier directly using your tracking link to request delivery options where available.
Before placing your order
- Please double check your delivery details at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Due to our quick order processing system, we're unable to update the address once an order has been completed and processed. This includes subscription orders.
However, if you contact our support team via live chat during UK business hours (8:30-4:30, Monday-Friday) and your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try our best to help! Please note, we cannot change the address on orders containing BioRefills 🌱
