Can I cancel or amend my order?Updated 3 days ago

When orders cannot be cancelled:

• Once an order is completed and processed, we cannot cancel or amend it. This includes subscription orders.
• Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or during the weekend cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Orders containing BioRefills cannot be cancelled or amended.

When changes may be possible

• Contact our support team via live chat during UK business hours (9am-5pm, Monday–Friday) and if your order is not in the packing process, we’ll do our best to help.

If cancellation isn’t possible

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it (BioRefills excluded).
