Can I cancel or amend my order?Updated 2 months ago

Orders already processed

  • Once an order is completed and processed, we cannot cancel or amend it.
  • This includes subscription orders.

When changes may be possible

  • Contact our support team during UK business hours (8:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) if your order has not yet been processed. We’ll do our best to help.
  • Orders containing BioRefills cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or during the weekend cannot be cancelled or amended.

If cancellation isn’t possible

  • You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it (BioRefills cannot be returned).

Before placing your order

  • Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid delays or issues.
