1. What refills do you sell?

We offer 100% bio-degradable refill options on our best selling products: Citrus Cleanse, Citrus Splash, Youth Boost, Bright Eyes, Marula Magic, Healing Intimate Oil and Smooth Boost. This collection will continue to grow with time!


2. I have ordered a mix of refills and glass bottled products, why have I only received part of my order?

Do not worry, the rest of your order is on its way! Refills will be sent separately to our other products. This is due to the special 'fill on demand' method used with our refills. But if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team via live chat 💚 

3. Are your BioRefills available as a set/bundle?

Our BioRefills are not available as a bundle as we have found most people prefer purchasing them individually. However, if you would like to receive any refills as a bundle, you can choose to 'build your own bundle' as part of our subscription scheme🌿


4. How do I use the refill pouch? 

If you are experiencing difficulty decanting Citrus Cleanse into the bottle, please ensure you insert the foil as far into the bottle neck as possible before beginning to decant. You can also save a glass jar and decant the Citrus Cleanse into a clean, dry jar instead of the bottle if you prefer.


5. How soon after receiving my refills should I decant them? 

Due to the biodegradable nature of the BioRefills, please decant the product from refills pouches within 5 days of receiving them.

If the refills are not decanted soon after receiving them, the pouch will begin to degrade and loss of product will occur. If you no longer have your empty bottles/jars, please decant the refill into any clean glass jar or bottle. Unfortunately we cannot send out empty jars or bottles.

6. How do I dispose of the refill?

Rinse out the inner pouch and place it in your garden waste or home compost. The cardboard sleeve can be recycled or composted at home. If the first options are not possible, put both the pouch and cardboard sleeve in the general waste.

7. I have extra product left in the pouch after filling up my glass bottle/jar, what should I do with the remaining product?

If you wish to keep any remaining product, please dispense it into any clean, air tight jar or bottle. 

8. What do I do if the product is not dispensing into the bottle/jar? 

You may need to cut a little more from the spout and/or reposition the spout in the bottle to allow the product to be squeezed out more freely. You can also lightly shake the bottle or tap the bottle on the palm of your hand to help the product run down the sides and settle in the bottom.

If you are experiencing difficulty decanting Citrus Cleanse into the bottle, you can save a glass jar and decant the Citrus Cleanse into a clean, dry jar instead of the bottle.

9. Can I take my refill on a plane? 

Due to temperature and pressure changes whilst flying, we highly suggest you decant your refills before getting on a plane. Taking your refills on a plane could results in the pouches breaking or leaking.

10. Can I order refills on subscription?

Yes! If you would like to order refills on a subscription basis, please ensure they can be decanted within 5 days of receiving them. If your refill subscription order is due and will not be able to decant them within 5 days of receiving them, please skip, pause or reschedule the subscription order 💚
