WM Rewards programme

• Earn points through purchases and selected actions
• Redeem points for money off future orders

Membership tiers

• There are four tiers based on total points earned
• You move up tiers as your points increase

Tier retention and expiry

• Once unlocked, your tier remains active even if you spend points
• Points are valid for 12 months only
• Unused points expire after 12 months and you may return to Tier 1

Earning points

You start earning points when you join the loyalty programme.

Ways to earn:

• 10 points for every £1 spent
• Follow us on social media
• Leave a product review
• Add your birthday for a birthday reward

Redeeming points

Steps to redeem:

• Add products to your cart
• Log into your account
• Go to Treat Yourself
• Select how many points to use
• Click Redeem and receive a discount code
• Apply the code at checkout

If you forget to use your code:

• Save it for a future order, or
• Contact support to return the points to your account

Refunds and points

• Points are linked to order value
• If a refund is issued, the corresponding points will be deducted

Points from previous orders

• Points from past purchases are automatically added to your account
• Contact support if they are missing

Gifting points

• Points are linked to your personal account and cannot be transferred

Viewing your points

• Your points balance and tier progress are visible in your account dashboard

Points expiry

• Points expire 12 months after being earned

Incorrect points balance

• Using multiple email addresses may split points across accounts
• Use one email for all orders to keep points together
• Contact support if your balance still appears incorrect

Birthday points

• Birth date must be added at least 30 days before your birthday
• Contact support if your birthday is within 30 days

Merging accounts

• Accounts and points cannot be merged
• Use one email address going forward to keep points in one place
