1. How does WM rewards work?
As you make purchases and carry out other actions (such as sharing a product review with us) you will collect points. Once a certain amount of points have been collected, these points can be exchanged in return for money off your next purchase.
2. How do I move up a tier/ what tiers are there?
We have four membership tiers which are each reached once a certain amount of points have been collected. You will continue to move up the tiers as your points build.
3. Is it possible to drop down a tier?
Once you have reached a tier, you have ‘unlocked’ access to this tier, therefore you will stay there. You won’t move down a tier if your points balance reduces i.e. when you use your points. However, your points balance is valid for 12 months only. If points are not used during this year-long period, they will expire and you will drop down to tier 1.
4. How do I collect points?
You will start collecting points as soon as you sign up to our loyalty programme. After this, 10 points are awarded for every £1 spent with us. You can collect even more points by following us on social media, posting a review of one of our products, and letting us know when it’s your birthday (so we can celebrate together!)
5. How do I spend/redeem points?
Here are the steps to redeem your WM Rewards:
- Add the products you wish to order to your cart.
- Log in to your account.
- Scroll down to ‘Treat Yourself’.
- Select the number of points you wish to redeem.
- Click ‘Redeem’.
- Receive a code to apply to your next order
- Click 'Apply Code' to automatically use it at checkout*
*If you have redeemed points but forgot to use them on your order, you can save the code and use it on a future order! Or we can refund the points back to your account, just reach out.
6. If I send a new product back or claim on the money back guarantee or add a discount code retrospectively, will my points be deducted?
Yes. The loyalty programme is directly linked to your orders, therefore points equal monetary value. Any money refunded will directly correlate to the amount of points you have.
7. Will I be rewarded for previous orders?
Yes. Any points earned from previous orders will be linked straight to your account. If your balance does not include previous orders, please get in touch and we can assist you with this.
8. Can I gift my points to someone else?
No. Your points are connected to your individual account therefore can only be accessed via your login details.
9. How do I access my points?
Your points will be clearly visible on your account page, and you will be able to track how far away you are from reaching the next tier.
10. Will my points expire?
Yes. You have 12 months to use your points. After this point they will expire and will be removed from your account.
11. My points seem incorrect?
If you've used different email addresses for your orders, your points might be spread across those different accounts. To keep all your points in one place, we recommend using the same one email address for all your orders. If you've been using just one email and your points still don't look right, let us know - we're here to help!
12. I have added my birthday but the points have not been added?
Birth dates need to be entered 30 days before your birthday in order to qualify for the 250 points. Please reach out to us if it is less than 30 days until your birthday.
13. Can I merge accounts?
No, it is not possible to merge accounts or points, we recommend you choose one email address and delete the other account.
