Why does my product look underfilled?Updated 2 months ago

Your product has been filled correctly. Here’s why the fill level may look lower than expected.

Accurate filling

• All products contain the exact ml stated on the jar or bottle
• Products are filled by weight, not volume, for precision
• Every item is visually checked after filling

Jar fill levels

• Jar products (including Youth Boost, Glow To Bed, Smooth Boost) are filled just below the neck (see picture 1)
• This is intentional to allow safe sealing and prevent leaks during transport

Why levels can look different

• Products with different densities sit at different heights
• Example: Citrus Cleanse and Citrus Splash both contain 100ml, but Citrus Splash looks lower because it’s heavier (see picture 2)
• Air pockets can form during shipping (see picture 3). Gently tap the jar with the lid on to help the product settle

All products are dispatched brand new and correctly filled.
