When supporting customers about refill subscriptions, follow this guidance:

Key information:

• All refills are available on subscription

• Refill pouches should be decanted within 5 days of delivery

• If the customer cannot decant within 5 days, advise them to skip, pause, or reschedule their subscription order

Current refill status:

• Refills will be available on subscription again on Wednesday 20th May
