My product seems incomplete or has an air bubbleUpdated 3 months ago

All our products are filled with the exact ml as indicated on the back of the jar or bottle and once filled, the products are visually checked to ensure they are filled to the correct level 🔍

All our products in jars, such as Youth Boost, Glow To Bed and Smooth Boost are filled to just below the start of the neck, (see picture 1 below).

Products are filled by weight, not volume. Due to differences in specific gravity (density), a heavier product may appear lower in the bottle/jar even though the correct weight has been filled. For example, our Citrus Cleanse and Citrus Splash both contain 100ml of product, but due to the difference in density, Citrus Splash is filled lower than Citrus Cleanse (see picture 2 below). 

It's common for air pockets to form during transit (see picture 3 below), if this happens, pop the lid on and carefully tap the jar, the product should then settle in one place and you will see its filled to just below the neck 💚


Rest assured, all our products are always send out brand new and unopened. We do not accept returns on any used products, so there is never any chance of a used product being sent out by mistake!
