My product seems incomplete or has an air bubbleUpdated 15 days ago

All our products are filled with the exact ml as indicated on the back of the jar or bottle and once filled, the products are visually checked to ensure they are filled to the correct level 🔍

Most of our bottles and jars are a little bigger than the volume of product inside.

All our products in jars, such as Youth Boost, Glow To Bed and Smooth Boost are filled  to just below the start of the neck, as pictured.

 It's common for air pockets to form during transit, if this happens, pop the lid on and carefully tap the jar, the product should then settle in one place and you will see its filled to just below the neck 💚

Here is an image of where Citrus Splash and Citrus Cleanse are typically filled to. 

Rest assured all our products are always send out new and unopened. We do not accept returns on any used products, so there is never any chance of a used product being sent out by mistake!
