  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • The parcel was not collected in time
  • Another delivery issue outside of our control

    • The correct delivery address
    • Any other relevant details
  • Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement order 💚

Reshipping outside the UK

  • If the return was due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, or not collected in time, the shipping fee for the new delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
