There are a number of reasons why we see variations between products, such as:
🌿Variation is a known and expected occurrence in natural and naturally - derived formulations - especially those with botanical extracts or essential oils - which is why our products, made with raw, natural ingredients, may vary in appearance, scent, and texture from batch to batch and over time. This natural variability is part of what makes them authentic!
🌿We source ingredients from all around the world, this means that differences in soil, climate and growing conditions can affect the look, scent and feel of our products.
🌿We choose not to use synthetic colourants or fragrances because we want to avoid harsh chemicals and keep our products as natural as possible.
🌿Vitamin C-rich ingredients, such as found in Citrus Splash toner, may darken over time. This is normal an nothing to worry about!*
🌿Viva Vibe SPF 30 uses naturally derived minerals like zinc oxide to help block both UVA and UVB rays. Because zinc is a heavier, denser ingredient, it can naturally settle or separate. Please mix well before use.
While it might be surprising to see these variations, rest assure that the quality, safely and effectiveness remains the same ✨
*A number of our products, such as Citrus Splash, can range in colour from completely clear to dark brown. Some natural extracts, such as Aloe Vera, Oat Extract and Rose Otto Hydrolat Sediment may cause sedimentation or particles to appear in the formula. These are harmless and do not affect product safety or performance. Please shake well before each use 🌱
