Orders already processed
- Once an order is completed and processed, we cannot cancel or amend it.
- This includes subscription orders.
When changes may be possible
- Contact our support team via live chat during UK business hours (8:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) and if your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to help.
- Orders containing BioRefills cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or during the weekend cannot be cancelled or amended.
If cancellation isn’t possible
- You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it (BioRefills excluded).
