1. What is Calm Balm?
A soothing, 100% natural balm for dry, irritated skin. Ideal for eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, and sensitive skin. Helps rebuild the skin barrier, lock in moisture, and reduce redness. Safe for babies (6 weeks+), children, and adults.

2. How does it protect the skin?

  • Restores the skin barrier with essential fatty acids
  • Locks in moisture to prevent dryness
  • Soothes inflammation and irritation

3. Where can I use it?
Anywhere on the body, including face, eyelids, scalp and around eyes (avoid direct contact with eyes). 

4. How do I use it?

  • Apply a liberal amount to dry or itchy areas and massage until absorbed
  • Warm in hands first for easier application
  • Can be used twice daily or as needed
  • For post-shower routine: Cleanser → Moisturiser → Calm Balm

5. Can it replace my moisturiser?
No, it’s a treatment to complement your moisturiser, especially for dry or irritated skin.

6. Who can use it?
Safe for all ages, skin types, and tones, including babies 6 weeks+

7. Are there side effects?
Generally safe and gentle. Patch test recommended. Free from SLS, sulfates, parabens, fragrance, alcohol, paraffin, steroids, harsh chemicals.

8. Shelf life & storage

  • Lasts up to 6 months after opening
  • Duration depends on usage
  • Not supplied with a bamboo spatula (sold separately)

  • Can be used on cracked skin if not infected
