BioRefills FAQUpdated 23 days ago
1. What refills do you sell?
We offer 100% biodegradable BioRefills for selected best-selling products. This range will continue to expand.
2. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Refills ship separately from glass products. They are made using a fill-on-demand process, so they may arrive in a separate delivery.
3. Are BioRefills available as a set or bundle?
BioRefills are sold individually. If you prefer a bundle, you can build your own bundle via subscription.
4. How do I use the refill pouch?
- Wash your existing glass jar or bottle and make sure it's dry before refilling
- Insert the foil spout fully into the bottle neck before pouring
- If needed, decant into a clean, dry glass jar instead

5. When should I decant my refill?
Please decant within 5 days of delivery. The pouch is biodegradable and may begin to break down if left longer.
6. How do I dispose of the refill?
- Rinse the inner pouch and compost it
- Recycle or compost the cardboard sleeve
- If composting isn’t possible, place both in general waste
7. The product isn’t dispensing properly. What should I do?
- Trim a little more from the spout
- Reposition the spout in the bottle
- Gently shake or tap the bottle to help the product settle
8. Can I take refills on a plane?
We recommend decanting before flying. Pressure and temperature changes may cause leaking.
9. Can I order refills on subscription?
Yes. Please ensure you can decant within 5 days of delivery. If not, pause, skip, or reschedule your subscription.
